First thing's first. I loved your story it was well written.

And secondly i do really hope that you fix things as well as hope that everything will be fine for you. Not to mention, you said that your waiting for the decision about your exams that decide whether or not you go to university i for one have a tendancy of believing 'will over matter' and if you do want it bad enough keep at it even if it takes year after year. Just do what you need to do for yourself and your future. So thus i believe that everything will be fine, just keep at her. (sorry if this doesn't make sense)

That was surprisingly soothing to read. Like your structure, but I did get annoyed with the quotes just a little (but I'll probably write them down for future reference).

Hmm, this was definitely better than I was expecting...I'm not sure if I agree with the idea that Cain is unstable. Evil, yes, but he never seemed unstable. Regardless, it was a good read.

You seemed to portray the characters as they were created.
I like how they lay waste to those close to them first and saved the rest for the world, it is a large place of course.
I also like the quotes that you included before the story and all the unsaid but implied words.
I also liked the sort of understanding between Cain and Isaak, the Panzer Magier does seem to be the only one who can get along with or understand him.
