It is very OOC on Jack's part though, I think he'd use a lot more slang and be a little more 'fanboy'ish towards Chase.

Damn, this is by far one of the most original and interesting fanfics in this fandom. Very addictive. It's impressive how you managed to keep Jack and Chase in character, yet show them in a whole new light.
