First, I have to say I like the overall idea of this story. You blend both fandoms quite well and the plot is pretty good.
Though, I have to say, the story feels flat. I don't feel any passion or emotion in it. I suggest becoming more intune with the characters and trying to feel, see, hear, etc. what they do. In other words, maybe some more sensory descriptions? And, I also suggest a beta-reader.

Great story this far, ill assume your using plot line from other Sonic games (first sonic adventure, then adventure 2, is then heroes?) not to mention you have also put plot from Sailor Moon series and it fits perfectly.

Earth and mobius are two differant planets, if you had played the games read the comics, or even watched the show, you would have known that. Nevertheless, I beleive it is a original and interesting concept.

Fanfiction has really gotten out of hand these days.

I just love all that goes on in this combined out of two universes universe.
It's just so cool and entertaining.
