Very cute. You did a good job at saying something without actually saying anything. Not so much vague as it is concise. I could see this happening with different people in different situations: the love surviving being stomped on by hardship, the just wanting to be together without the world falling down around their ears.

One thing though: what on earth did he mean with the, "I was seen with another regenerator," bit? Was he confessing to being with Elle? I don't get it. :p

Wow.. I love the Paire reunion! Their hesitation to share for fear of being hated by the other, their relief of finally getting reunited and their kicking Elle's butt :D Hehe, "lame reality show". You know, the part where Peter told Calire that he was seen another regenerator, was it in response to her comment that it looked like he 'cheated' on her? It struck me that way and it's cute.
