I doubt that you're asking the wrong audience to review your fic. (Saw your link in "The Reviews Lounge" HP forum)

You should probably appeal to Death Note fans and ask whether they like HP as well...

And making your main character Luna may be it too

This is an interesting and unique concept, and I would really like to see this one play out. I take it you are starting around the end of 6th year canon, as the war is still going on and Harry and Ginny are together. Just one thing: Try and stick with the original rules of Death Note.
