Great story. If you ever continue this maybe the story that xander told the council to use is from altair's memorys so maybe if there are any Hashshashin they would regognise the cover story and start looking for him.

I must say I really like this. When I finished playing 'Assassin's Creed', I wondered if there would be any worthwhile fics about it. This is definitely one of them.

The fact that the pairing is perhaps my favorite in BtVS is, as they say, 'icing on the cake.'

First of all I want to say 'thank you'. Thank you, for writing a halloween possession story that only took a few chapters to start getting into the full plot. I don't know if you have read many of the other Buffy x-over storys but there is an annoyingly large amount that take tens of thousands of words to get past the introduction, the new powers, the scoobies annoyance at said powers, etc. You got through that quickly, and the plot that unfolded afterwards has been brilliant. I hope it continues after the destruction of the watchers council.

Well, it sounds like the Council has finally gotten a leader who knows how to properly rule the council. And I hope that you DO give Mary her own story! I would love to see her and Buffy meet up. And I think that if and when Glory shows up, X-Man is going to be needed big time.
