Dude, that was great. I rarely think about just how OLD Josef is. My fav line was:

you had all sorts of great one-liners, but my favorite was the last one:

“Fire alarms. You don’t know how much better I sleep at night because of them.”

It was a great humor line, but also ironically true.. Plus witih just a few simple words you bring home the fact that even the most powerful of vampires has deep fears. With that one line you make Josef very human.

'Josef smiled, “Yep. She died shortly after I was there. I don’t remember much, except that she was old and kind of scary.”

Mick laughed. Josef met Queen Elizabeth and he thought she was scary.'

Pfft, I loved that.

My favorite line? Eh, I know there were so many good ones to choose from, but: 'Josef met Queen Elizabeth and he thought she was scary. Well, that’s one Mick didn’t expect to hear again.' The reason? I'm fascinated by Good Queen Bess, but heard the great monarch got real witchy in the later years. (Well, between Henry VII and her mother lending their genes, she was always known for her temper) It was great to see a reference, and can you imagine all the other famous people Josef might have met?

Utterly fantastic! If you're goal is to make 'em laugh, you're a smashing success, let me tell you! Keep the laughs coming, and I'll be happy.
