Wow. What an interesting concept. It's an idea I've never seen before and you executed it very well. The ending actually kind of surprised me. To tell you the truth, I thought that Ishida was going to die at the end. I'm glad he survived, however. I'm also glad that Orihime was able to overcome the defect in her powers because I honestly thought she was going to fail. You did an excellent job of building up the drama at the end of the story, I was literally sitting at the edge of my seat as awaited the ending. As usual, Orihime's characterization was great, as well as everyone else's characterizations. My only complaint is that this story was a bit overwhelming, but it was definitely a good read. By the way, I think that the T rating suits the story just fine. Overall, this was a very nice piece.

I didn't really understand what was going on. And what was with the blurb before the story? I should have realized what I was in for right from the beginning. None of it made sense. Except maybe the ending. The whole purification thing was a cute development, but other than that, I think the story was too disconnected. It lacked the necessary cohesion that would allow the story to flow.

I can't really understand how you can't be pleased with this story... It's absolutely beautiful! I loved all of the symbols that you put in here, as well as the irony and foreshadowing! It makes me feel like AP Language and Composition finally did me some use... Good job on this, and I hope to see more from you!

that was very good! really! now..what happened to ichigo? i mean, this is more on ishida right? but suddenly, it felt like the story was cut short.

I'm not gonna lie, I tend to stay away from fics focusing on Orihime, but this one caught my interest (& not b/c of the claims of lots of sex in the beginning ^_^). I'm really glad I took the time to read this, cause this is definately one of the most interesting and well-written Bleach stories I've read so far. I've always considered it a little cheap whenever there's a "convenient" character that can heal everyone. The concept of Orihime's powers backfiring was great & really hit home on how easily reliant the characters are on her healing powers. The fact that Ishida played a pretty important role in your story was a plus for me as well. ^_^ I have quite the soft spot for him.
