beautifully sad...

It's cute. I do think that Itachi was slightly OOC, but that's probably because we don't know what led up to their loving each other. I only caught one error:
‘at the sensation as Sakura tilter her head up' ’tilter’ should be ’tilted’

Beyond that, there was this one line that reminded me of another song that could work with this couple (especially if it's them from my story) 'She knew what they were doing was considered wrong, but they did it anyway' The song's called Twisted by Taylor Swift. You should listen to it if you haven't already.
