Loved it. I mean it! REALLY, REALLY loved it. Writing these two can be a strange and threatening beast for some people, and I have NEVER quite liked THE characterizations of Seifer for this pairing. NEVER UNTIL NOW :)
Good job. Also I like how you acknowledged the fact that Fujin DID speak normally at a point in the game. That's a small thing, but hey... it can be important.
ALSO: you do a sort of conversational, thought-process type narrative beautifully. It really, really flows. I read this start to finish without stopping, because somehow it kind of felt like it was something happening, and I was watching.
