I like to think of David Tennant's doctor as being quick and decisive and always rushing into the fray but that's not the doctor at all. The doctor would have never forgotten never given up but then time passes so differently for him. He's been alive for close to a millennium. Six years would pass with out him really taking notice. |

But then I came back and spotted a second chapter. A second chapter with a happy ending. I'm such a sucker for those. This story is very sweet and sad, but it ends with him coming back. I love it. This is going on my favorites for sure! |

| DuffJessica 2008-03-07 ch 1, | abuseI really liked it though I thought the ending was crap. The doctor would have bent heaven and earth to get to rose if he thought it was his child. There are no more time council to enforce the law so he wouldn't have second guessed the decision to rip open the two dimensions. Other than that I thought it was good. Though you might want to take into account that this season she and the rest of her clan come back. That is if Sylvester McCoy is to be believed. At any rate I really like the concept but the Doctor was just a little too out of character for me. |
