ne71 2008-04-13 ch 1,	abuseExcellent story. It struck a particular chord with me, because "My Bodyguard" was such a favorite of mine when I was a kid. I never saw the Chuck/Clifford parallel before, so this was a terrific surprise. My favorite moment is when it's revealed that Chuck knows the whole story and has kept it to himself. Says volumes about him wihtout having to spell anything out. It also begs the question of why Chuck never flashed on Sarah... Very well done.

Both characters have that same aloofness (internal torment) about them. Interesting relating Chuck & Clifford - that was spot on as well! Great job! :-) p.s. I'll pay him a dolla to be my bodyguard...doh...lol :)
