kwangmablade 2008-06-16 ch 8,	abuseThis is a great fic and I've always wanted to see a crossover like this but you have slammed full force into one of the biggest pitfalls of the Buffy crossover genre, Uber-Willow. There is absolutely no way Willow would be able to wrest control of the plants from a 30 year old demon like Youko Kurama. With Hiei and his Jagan he would have seen any attack Willow made coming from a mile off. While I do understand that you might be a fan of Willow but you have to realize that it greatly detracts from the entertainment value of your fic when Willow can simple crush anyone and everyone who opposes her. This could be a lot better if you went back edited to something with Willow coming off a lot worse in the little sortie. Remember while Willow might have tried to destroy the world it doesn't mean she could have and calling the slayers wasn't her power alone she tapped into the scythe and called to her Goddess, Yusuke however could destroy the world easily with a flickering of his power, Kurama is a millenia old demon master with countless ages of battle expierience under his belt and Hiei is a centuries old ruthless mercenary who has had to fight for his life nearly every day of his life not to mention the fact that he has a third eye which grants him limited precognition, 360 degree vision and many other abilities. I'm not trying to be one of those rabid fanboys of an anime, I notice this no matter what the crossover is, Willow/Buffy end up destroying everything in their way miraculously no matter how powerful or skilled the opponents is. Don't fall into the trap your work can be so much better than those other fics if you just watch the power levels to realize that Willow isn't that damn powerful. If you need a beta I would be happy to help.
