Wonderful writing! I absolutely love all of your stories, they are so awesome, if they were in print I would pay money to read them, they are that good. I just caught up on this story again, and I must say that you are the queen of writing, you are so good at writing each character's point of view, and developing the plot. I can't tell you how many times I have re-read How to Fall Head Over Heels, and The Winner Is, and Alternatives, they always brighten my day. I am glad that you decided to keep Hagrid. I love all of the Dasey stories. I can't wait to read more. Thanks for sharing your lovely writing talent.

I love this story! I've think you've done a good job in characterization, and paced the story well. The dialogue is always witty and you've definitely shown your knowledge of Deaf culture. Great work!

BEST DASEY STORY EVER.
I spent 3 days to read it entirely but, really, this story is just amazing. I was not able to take my eyes off of my computer. In fact, I almost forget that I have a social life ^^'. I think that I can find a lot of adjectives to describe the story but "awesome" is the less I can say.
Seriously, I loved it so much. And if I wouldn't have homeworks to do, I could easily read all the chapters again ! ^^

Congratulations. I'm just totally in love with all your characters. Particulary Sam. And Derek of course. And Marti, And Lizzie, And Edwin, And George and Nora and even Casey xD

Yay! I got a shout out! I love those, it's like I'm SOMEBODY! LOL! And this was a very cute chapter-with all of their friends swarming in on them and trying to find out what's really going on. I still feel bad for Noel, though. Poor schmuck. He's an honestly sweet guy who really did like Casey, but it was clearly not to be--either in canon or in fic.

I also really like that it's Casey who's already getting the brunt of the hostility. As much as she was worried about Derek getting it, I agree that I think it would be Casey who came out as the one most targeted. I know it's sexist, but that's the way it is. Casey would be targeted by the girls (you've done a really good job of keeping Derek as a player, even with his being deaf) because she's in their way and is "cheating" because she lives with him. ("Clearly she's a **. She's probably been doing him since she moved in and they just decided to go public.") And she would be targeted by the guys because, again, she's "cheated" by hooking up with her step-brother, obviously making her a **, and a kinky, nasty one too. Derek might get some ribbing, and I doubt he'd come off completely clean, but yeah, I can see that Casey's the one getting the most kicks and trips and things written on her locker, and girls being nasty in the restroom. So, very nicely done on that!

I just sort of love everyone in your fic. I spend every update reading, and then saying things like, "Oh, SAM," and "Oh, EDWIN," (this time!) at random intervals.

The "Oh, CASEY," at the end was a little bit more agitated, though. Who is this mysterious locker defacing person??

I can't believe you just left us there! :) It took me a second to realize that you'd stepped back in time during Derek's viewpoint. I don't think you've done that before but once I figured it out, it was good. Another well written chapter (and could you hurry along the next one).

Sam/Lana, Sam and Edwin and then after that Derek and Sam was well done. The rehearsal was good, “They're waiting to see if we're gonna make out,”

"Casey more or less pounced on him and took away several precious IQ points." I enjoyed seeing Casey as the one doing that and not Derek. I like how you did Derek's "exercise in trust", becoue that is what it is. Nora seeing them and then Derek "mini-nervous breakdown" was "cute" and very funny. I also like how after "Nora was still acting like Nora." Tha family Dinner with Casey doing all that eating and the roll was good.

Sheldon IS boy version of Casey! He even has 'OCD' too!(How have I never seen that before??) Him and Shawna were like Derek and Edwin. Big brother Ralphie-bear was cool and funny at the same time. “Listen to Emily,” Ralph said. “She's all smart and stuff.”

I liked Casey's "Welcome to the dark side, we have yogurt."

Lizzie's "old fashioned righteous anger" was very mach her, and that small bit of Lizwin was good. "Casey doubted that even Edwin knew about that."(Or at lest I think that what you were going for, and if not, well it works anyway)

Do I want to know what they have done to Casey's locker? I feel some "old fashioned righteous anger" coming on too.
