| Demias 2008-08-01 ch 1,  | abuseTo be quite honest, I'm kinda torn between liking Denna and disliking her, so I'm not sure how I feel about this strange woman coming out of nowhere like that. Putting that aside, however, I found your fic well written and enjoyable... Especially since it's seems to the be only Kingkiller story I could find. Good job! You did well to integrate some of the subtle things in the novel into your fic, which makes it a bit more believable. And you tread where no man (or woman) seems to have tread before in exploring a new fandom, so once again, good job! And it was done while staying in character (as much as is possible in this situation, anyways), so great job! Anyways, I'm rather put out that a Wise Man's Fear won't be out for so long, because by then, Kvothe will probably not be as special as he is now, considering that as hard as it is to find good books these days, i SHOULD have found a series to move on to by then... *sigh* Sorry, I'm babbling, but when I leave reviews, they tend to be long. Sorry. Well, I hope you write something else in the Kingkiller universe. I'm thinking I might write one... Either about Kvote, or Lanre and Lyra... haha |

But getting past that and on to the fic I can tell you that it was enjoyable and very original (because its the first- not including yaoi). It would be nice to see more from you in the Kingkiller Universe. It was a shame the long time we have to wait for ;The Wise Man's Fear' -help us both out |

I've always suspected that published authors want to write their own fanfic at some point.) Congrats on making first fanfiction. ;) |
