What the bloody heck? Curse you, Aragorn, are you just going to die and break Elrond's heart again? And Arwen's and Legolas's hearts as well? What kind of idiot passes up the chance of Valinor and living with his family to die in a ditch beside a road somewhere?

Aragorn deserves a better ending than that! If he is defeated, he is supposed to sail, dang it. Besides, Celebrian and the other elves want to meet him, and Elrond deserves to have his son come home, and Arwen will fade without him. Galadriel, turn around and grab your stubborn daerion and haul him off to Mithlond. I have a nice tranquilizer that will keep him quiet until the ship is out of the harbor.

Sorry, I'm just a bit irate. How can you do that to poor Elrond, knowing his son died utterly defeated and in agony? No, I am going to stop ranting. I was reading through your stuff (you are on my Favorite authors list, and I was bored) and I came across this. Well written, but still... How could you? I don't mind dark stuff, or I wouldn't have read this, but, well you've heard my objections.

It feels kind of weird to be reviewing a story that's pretty old, I guess the author really dosn't mind?

I just wanted to say this is a great story story through the ending is alittle disappointing. It's not fun to end the world we all love to read, write and imagine about. But nothing lasts forever.

This story has greatly inspired me and sparked my imagaination. I have a very big favor to ask, can I have permission to rewrite this story idea? Meaning can I use your plot? Technically it's your plot and copywritted to you ( the only part we really own).

A true mark of a good author is one whoes story stays in your mind and makes you really think. this is one of the highest coments ever, you sould be very proud.

Very imaginative. I disagree with the idea that Aragorn would have not checked for life. Aragorn was the leader Boromir was his responsibility and whetther he liked him of not would have taken care of him.

Also no reason to believe that Aragorn disliked Boromir. But a good sotry.

Wow. For all my jokes about how you were going to explain Boromir I must say that in the end you did it very well. Although I'm not certian that Arargorn would have left Boromir for dead and GimliLegolas would certianly have checked. But what does accuracy matter in fanfic? All in all it was very good, sad and interesting. You go gal!

It's killing me to write this but... well done. That was very very well written. I'll enjoy hearing about just how Boromir manages to become the Dark Lord. What have we poor innocents ever done to you to make u do that to us? My best guess has to be that Elrond or Celeborn is teh dark lord and Aragorns looking to Galadrial, OR perhaps Eowyn (if he was smart he'd have taken her in the first place- someone who has abetter contribution to war than a flag)
