Crimson Vixen 2008-06-30 ch 7,	abuseso (cough) my lateness aside, why the heck aren't people reviewing this treasure of a story!??!? I just don't get it. Anyway, sorry I'm late, and it's good that you keep on me about this, I guess. And besides! I get to reread it, but you have to promise to keep writing at it (not that I'm one to talk, seeing as how FaS is having its own problems.) So basically, just because I'm an Ikkazu fanatic and a total, pathetic sap when it comes to Ikki being worried over Kazu, cuz it can take so many different turns without going OOC, and muh me loves seeing Ikki rush to the scene like that. Yay for finding Kazu fast, too, even if he's not in the best shape. You, my dear Masi, wrote Ikki well enough to show that he IS very concerned, but not dramatically so. One of the ways Ikki shows he cares for people is in a way that makes him seem pissed off, and almost cold, but also with a strong undertone of LUV. Like you wrote him, making sure Kazu stays awake and helping him to a safe place, but not pestering him with 20 questions and asking if he's ok every 2 seconds. A lot of authors can be tempted to sneak OOC to write something like that - it can be a challange sometimes, wanting to have characters react a certain way but its something that doesn't fit the character (going on a tangent, stopping now!) Anyway, Kazu's reaction, 'well that sucked' make me sigh and smile, cuz OMG thank god he's ok and its nice to put a dash of sarcastic humor like that in situations like this. And Masi you make me swoon with little things like Ikki supporting Kazu's weight, and ou nice dramatic effect with the rain. It's even better than Ikki reacted in a way that was in character to him. By that I mean, he didn't go emo with "muhh the rain is pouring down to match my sorrow and this dark day!!" but instead "wtf why rain nao!?" Again you keep running back to mention Kazu's eyes looking dull, which, even though I'm a spoiled brat who gets tons and tons of spoilers, still makes my heart sink when I read about it, and I still tend to go "omg Kazu why what's wrong, Ikki please make it better" and such DX! And muh I love Ikki taking care of and tending to Kazu like that, coz he's so tender and bitter at the same time, if you know what I mean. Like, he's so stern with the way he does it, and you can tell he cares, and even tho he dun always say things out loud, he notices all the little things that Kazu is doing.. And even notices those poor little eyes. I feel like I'm babbling... Crap... But of course we are all lovers (whether we understand it or not) of Kazu torture. And even though we all love it when Kazu is cold and hurting and such, we love it even more when Ikki is there to see and tend to him, BEFORE tending to himself. I mean, the image of Kazu, even with all those darn layers, still shivering, and Ikki basically thinking "well hey I'll just warm him up" is just so precious Kazu holding himself up over Ikki was just adorable too - that kid is always thinking about Ikki, in just about everything, you know? Maww and Kazu's dream / flashback thing! The poor dear. You know, even tho its sorta repeating a part of the story, you wrote it from another POV in a way that still makes it like a whole new story altogheter. A story within a story, sorta. It was nice to be able to read it thru Kazu's eyes, tho, and get into his head. I think I cooed the loudest tho, when Ikki noticed that Kazu was shaking from fear instead of the cold. And the way he reacted to it but holding him closer AND THEN THE ADORABLE line he said to him about no one hurting them anymore. Ikki is just such a romantic when he wants to be, even tho he doesn't notice it himself, hah. And the ending sorta like a cliffhanger but not, lol. Anyway I think you ended the chapter very well, at a good place, but leaving me wanting MOAR of course, and others too! They should really START REVIEWING >.< This review was rather spazz-tastic, don't you think? My apologies x.x

Crimson Vixen 2008-06-06 ch 6,	abusehoo-kay ! I'm sorry I fell behind! I'm horrible about reviewing on time. You know this by now, I think. Well I shall re-read this chapter and review as such! Hopefully I can do two chapters in one sitting, depending. But I'm rambling. You don't give a flying whatsit about what I have to babble on about - you just want your review, and who can blame you! Still, I'm shocked and little ticked that not enough people are reviewing this fic of yours! But be mindful hun, as I am sure you already are, that with all your watches and page views and alerts, you know that people are reading, and just not everyone is reviewing. Still you should update for you (and me! lol). Ok! Actual review this time, I swear. Muuh, Hatsuko ruffles my feathers. Makes me bristle. Mainly for the same reason(s) as Kazu, as in.. I hate seeing someone like Hatsuko putting her frubby hands on Ikki like that. Still, it does sure add an effect to it all - you made her do things that make us love to hate her. That's a good thing, tho! And oh what a pickle you've put them in, the entire group save for Kazu in peril err, in need, err.. you know what I mean. And poor Ikki. It must be a curse in desguise to be such a cutie - of course evil crazy team leader girl people are going to take a liking to you. Even if that liking is thriving off of hatred. The things she's saying to him is so creepy, lol, but once again, it allows us to gather a commen hatred towards here. Even tho she isn't in the chapter for very long, she has enough character developtment to give us a decent idea of who she is and HOW she is. She sure does seem direct too, knowing exactly what she wants and how she feels and of course, how she intends to handle it. Whips make me shudder. Poor Ikki, having to endure that. I've obviously never been struck by a whip, lol, I have no idea when or how or why I would, but I know it hurts!! I can't even bring myself to beging to fathom how much pain that would cause, I just know, A LOT. So it allows me to admire Ikki all the more to be able to handle it like he did. So strong and admirable ! I have very little doubt that if that was me, I'd be bawling, or at least, you know making some sort of noise. Oh but Ikki is just.. he's such a leader. A good, no, great leader who does what a leader is supposed to do. And that's take care of his team and put them first and sacrafice himself. And you show this in a very lovely way with his thoughts - which I am also very fond of. I am of course talking about this bit right here. 'At least I’m the only one getting hurt over this, not the others, not Kazu…' Because it just goes to show just how much he cares for his team. I love him thinking about them while he himself is being tortured, and of course I love that you added in the bit about Kazu in the end because it shows us that he has this.. this THING in his head, where he thinks about Kazu a little bit more! Or at least holds him on some different level. He really cares for the guy, and you adding in "not Kazu" is all that is needed to say wonders about it. lol but I do love just how you made Ikki call out to Kazu. A short, patient silence (even tho there is a BOMB in the place! Yikes!) and then, so very calmly and casually, lol, "Kazu, get your ass out here and untie me" like ites just so very natural. Lol! It's just so Ikki to act so cool about something so serious. And Kazu, right away I like that you start pointing out the strange look in his eyes. It becomes very apparent that something is wrong/different about them, and I of course like how quickly Ikki picks up on it. He can be very perceptive to other people sometimes, he just doesn't alway say anything. But I'm glad he saw Kazu's eyes, and am only sad that it didn't lead to cute Ikkazu moments, lol but its hard when you are in need of escaping. (bombs make cute moments hard, ne?) All of their bickering, or not really bickering but really just talking and stratigizing is very fun to read for some reason, and of course accurate. They're all young teens, half figuring out and half arguing about what to do, just like real teens do. And hey, even me and my friends now talk like that sometimes, when it comes to what we should do, its quick and calculating and sometimes funny, heheh.. Oh and it looks like they are safe and sound at first, right up until Emiri calls for help, specifically from Kazu. I find it funny and sad that me nor Kogarasumaru noticed that Emiri was gone right away, lol. I love the girl, I really do, but I'm just saying! I feel bad that Emiri got stuck, I mean, cuz after all you can't help that stuff from happening. Accidents are accidents for a reason, and Emiri had one. But still there is some deeper part of me that is upset with her for not calling out for help right away when she was stuck, or just for calling Kazu back, cuz of COURSE the guy is gonna come to her rescue. Granted, Kazu would have easily gone back for anyone, I'd imagine, but still, it just also reminds us of what a sweetheart Kazu can be. Mwah BUT BUT but then HE gets stuck, and you built up and created the situation very well, darling, with making Kazu get stuck and giving Ikki a valid reason to leave him behind. Because if it wasn't for Emiri, Ikki wouldn't have left Kazu behind, I know in my heart he wouldn't. We all know he wouldn't, lol. But anyway, yay I like firm Kazu. So demanding in telling them to leave and OMG I just love/adore Ikki's shakey faith. He's in denail almost, convincing himself that Kazu will get free and soon be trotting alongside him, if not beating him back to the team, and his thoughts and his words are so sweet concerning that. It makes it all the more sad when you MAKE A BIG EXPLOSION HAPPEN AT THE END OF THE CHAPTER! A lovely, and very eventful chapter. And a perfectly placed/timed cliffhanger - a good cliffhanger always leaves the reader wanted to turn a page to see what happens next but THEY CAN'T! Which is why cliffhangers in fanfiction is so darn fun, lol! Awesome job.

Crimson Vixen 2008-05-26 ch 5,	abuseMah okies, I told you I shall review! You'll have to bear with me, tho, for I am extrememly exhausted. Did I spell that right? Ah well I think you get it. I'm very tired, again, lol. But as always I owe you a review (two, really, this chapter and the nest one cuz you were quick to update, which is such a joy!) Reviewing is going to be cool anyway cuz that just means I get to reread the chapter! Ok I'm losing focus, lol, so I'll just get to the actual review, hur hur. One of the things I like about your fic is that you don't waste too much time on petty details. I mean you get right to the meaty, juicy parts of the fic that we all know and care about (even if its a side plot with Kazu's parents or the team so desperate to find and kill the Sky King prodagy. prodagy.. I think thats how you spell it. ) Bah anyway, it's good that you focus on what matters. What we want to read! Not that other things are not worth reading, but you know what I mean. But at the same time, you also jump around in a way that isn't confusing or makes us feel like we're missing something. Anyway I like how direct and ready to go Ikki is, so eager to meet up with the people that are looking for them, not only becaseu it would be the safest plan, but because thats just the way Ikki is. And another thing I really like coming across in your writing is the small quick passes at Ikkazu hints that you give. For example, we're going about the story like normal, and nothing out of the ordinary is really going on and yet you managaed to find a place to squeeze in this little wonder: ' Is that all he’s confused about? Did he know what I was going to say before I did?' No matter what seems to be going on you always find a little thing to add in like that, which I enjoy reading. I mean, it's like regardless of situations, Ikki and/or Kazu always find some way or some reason to shift their thoughts over to the other. And I'm kinda glad you just cut past the two days they had to wait because really, there isn't much that could have happened anyway, so I'm sure like me, most readers were eager to see what was going to happen after the wait, so YAY onto the actual confrontation day! The team all together as a group makes me all warm inside, for some stupid reason I can't seem to place. I mean, I dunno, I have this soft/weak spot for friends doing things together as a team. Don't ask me.. it's not something I can really explain, lol. Anyway my point is that I'm glad they're working together, and out of that entire team, Ikki asks KAZU specifically to do a special job/task that no one else could possibly do. Oh Kazu, why can't you see that Ikki trusts you with his life, and he has faith in your skill and ability and everything so why can't you see just how amazing he thinks you are!? Still, at least it sunk in enough that he won't let Ikki down with his job and he accepts the responsability. His hesitation and 'why me' attitude is very IC for Kazu and believable because Kazu can be so insecurely dense that its irritating and cute (but most cute) at the same time, but he'll do anything Ikki asks, as you know. I think I'm going off rambling again. Not sure. Anyway I think you get my point, heh. Kazu's insecurities is such a fragile thing and I think that deep down Ikki KNOWS that, and while using Kazu's skills to their full potential he's also at the same time trying to build that confidence. And Kazu telling Ikki 'I do', that he does indeed trust his best friend and leader, would bring a fangirl like me to her knees have I not been already sitting down to read! And the rest of the team gets into trouble, and ohmigosh poor poor Ikki, having to put with with and deal with a woman like THAT, so bend on revenge and hurting and even killing Ikki for being so well known. She's a scary lady, that's for sure, and even more scary with the way she acts and talks around and about Ikki. I hope you are not worrying over any names, people and teams and all that, cuz I think they all turned out just fine. Hmm I think it's such a very cool and creative idea to have Kazu running around like he is to remain hidden from sight and keep an eye on the rest of his team. Ikki sure is a smart little bugger to think of a plan like that, and kinda fun for the reader to know and constantly think "well Kazu's got to be there. He's got to be watching this all happen and keeping and eye on all of them" during the time that all of this stuff is happening. And at the end, when she threatens Ikki's life, we're all glad that Kazu is at least free, giving us some hope. Well I really hope that this review was enough for you. I'm still a bit scatterbrained and hun I'll have to wait for a review for the next chapter when I'm thinking more clearly cuz there's a lot I wanna say about it and don't want to risk losing any of my thoughts by reviewing now while I'm so unfocused lol. But the next chapter is great! and so was this one, very much so! and I'm so super excited that you mentioned that there are still a few chapters to go in this story. It was a lovely surprise because I was thinking it was going to be shorter than what you are indicating! Ehe I just hope that you keep updating like you are cuz the fic is so very great and I'd love to see more. Lol I only feel bad that I sometimes nag at you for spoilers and such cuz its so great, but at the same time I know it can be difficult to get a story out at some points, even when you know where you want the story to go. Mwahh well anyway keep up the fantastic work

First point I wanna make is I'm glad you stuck in a few side stories in the fic, to keep things interesting and diverse (Kazu's parents plus the danger of a new team makes a good cup of drama and things for the reader to worry about) and you pay attention to and balance both problems the best you can. Right away I was sighing and making 'aww' sounds cuz Kazu was shaking, but then I got all giddy and fangirly (as you've been making me do a lot as of late, I think) when Ikki sat next to Kazu and touched him, rubbed him, comforted him cuz Kazu's so stressed and tired and OMG the poor dear fell asleep so fast under Ikki's touch and in his company. I love that so much, that Ikki's able to relax Kazu so well and so much, and I wriggled at the image/thought of Ikki rubbing at the back of Kazu's neck to calm him down. And it working. The moment of Kazu dropping his phone, signalling he had finally nodded off, just make me smile sweetly. Kazu can do anything, smile frown scream ANYTHING and make me smile. The dear is just so adorable, moreso whenever Ikki's around. I don't know why, lol! See, I know Ikki can be a dick, but he's really a nice, sweet guy deep down. The way he answers Kazu's phone for him to make sure he doesn't wake up is very thoughtful and cute, and he was very mature on the phone, I think cuz he knows how serious this could be. Maw he's just so concerned about his friend I get chills. I'm a sucker for really good friendships like that, where the boys are so very aware and mindful of the other but show it in ways that only boys can do. Oh ho but now I'm just rambling. Again I love the relationship you give Kazu and his sister, their mannorisms and reactions and such, its just so cute and very much a sibling thing. I know that me and my brother, though a lot of things about us are different, also share a lot of traist that are alike, and they mostly come out in situations that call for it, like serious situations and whatever. Anyway I'm glad you made a point to write about it, cuz I love reading about it for some reason. Oh and for Ikki being so sweet to Ayaka on the phone. Usually he's very naughty and mean to her, but now that this situation has come up, he's very nice to her, and I love it! Oh Akito, you blabbermouth. Telling Ringo such things and prolly only driving her to dig her nose even deeper. But I guess she has a right to know, I just wish the right person could have told her (pout) I do like Ringo's concern for Ikki though. I mean, she really does have the crow's best interests in mind. Hmm when Kazu wakes up, and realizes that he's been not only moved, but covered, and that it could only be Ikki that had done it, is just too freakin' cute. The thought of Ikki swooping a dozing Kazu up and setting him down and covering him up to keep him cozy and warm and alright, makes my heart just melt. Ikki's so sweet when he wants to be. I'm so glad he told Kazu his parents were alright, cuz now he can relax, and thank god Ikki was there to help him through it. Kazu doesn't seem like the kind of person that does well alone when he's stressing. He doesn't take care of himself enough in that respect and oh the poor thing is prolly just so tired right now. Oh and you touched on Emiri a little bit too ! And her crush on him, and Kazu at least acknowledging it, even though it makes him flustered to think about cuz we all KNOW he has it bad for Ikki (cough). Hmm but then we get to the other plot of the story, the one with the other team, and omg leave it to bold Ikki to decide to confront them just like they want. I can't wait for the next chappy so much was covered in this one concerning Kazu's drama and introducing a new sense of apprehension with the other team. I can't waiit!

Okay, so you already pretty much know EXACTLY what I'm going to say about it, because I already told you in person, but for some reason, your super special good at incorporating just the right amount of Ikkazu with the whole Air Gear theme of like... AT. Just a quick question, are you going to follow the story line, if so, how closely? OMG, I just read the part with um... Akira and you find out about his retarded girl friend and how she tricked him so she could avenge his brother! So SAD! M'kay, then Agito was in the hospital, but where the hell did Akito go? And stupid Kaito that secret police guy beat up poor Agito! He must have mental trauma from all the beatings... cries OH, also, I sort of started writing my own Air Gear thing, 'cause I like all these 'developmental' Ikkazu relationships, but mine will be a little different. I hope. Before I get much further though, I'm gonna read the rest of Air gear, since I"m on like, chap. 80 anywho... OH, and if you're confused as to why I don't have any stories posted, it's 'cause I use a different name to post and read... but you'll never know... teehee, okay, I seriously hope this is you Emily, because if it wasn't, then some weirdo like myself just emailed a complete stranger! I tend to work better when it's late, when I could or SHOULD be doing other, more important things (like school work) andd usually when I least expect it. Anyway, enough about that - you don't care about that junk! You want your review! (its ok! its normal to want it!) I'm so glad you finally updated, first of all. I hope you update faster next time!! But still, you know what I said before, don't rush it! As my gramps would say, "take your time, hurry up." I rather like how 'Chibatsu' just rolls of the tongue, btw. We done good. I think it would be really funny if that was a running thing - you, starting off your chapters with Ikki somehow hitting hurting pinching slapping throwing etc etc at Kazu, lol. That's just a passing thought tho. Depending on where your story goes, it may be hard to do. Oh! You should prolly change the summary of your fic so people know the general "what izzit" of the story. Not to mention, I find that with a summary, more people are likely to read it - not that they shouldn't regardless. I bet its going to be awesome and epic, cuz its Ikkazu and it really can't go any other way. lol Yes! Ikki, just invite yourself over like you always do, you know Kazu is secretly loving your sense of control and power. It turns him on. He thinks its sexy. Even if it starts that LOVELY bickering between the two of you. Oh and I like how even though Kazu has a dirty mouth on him, and he's just as crazy and manly as Ikki can be at times, he still has a sense of moral and follows the rules a little better. For instance, knowing his sister would be mad if he had guests over. God I think it's adorable how Kazu just knows the crow so well, that he just KNOWS the things that Ikki will do or has done. lol "you ate it all, didn't you" hurhur... Poor Kazu-baby, always so alone at his house. I really do feel bad for him. But that gives him and Ikki MOAR SEXY TIEM! But really, I am in love with your, or rather Ikki's observation that even though Kazu doesn't seem to mind, they're way to young to be left alone like that, responsible or not. Somehow, I find that very cute. lol oh Ikki, its all about the food isn't it? lol again at Kazu's defenses, hahah I can just see his brows knitting together and scowling when he reminds Ikki who's house it really is. hah! Kazu's so submissive sometimes though, teehee. When Ikki asked Kazu if it was dinner time yet, I laughed cuz it made me think of Ikki being a deadbeat dad and Kazu being the underloved but loving housewife, LOL!! I can't get enough of their relationship. I thought I'd have trouble typing Akito and Agito on my keyboard and in my stories and was worried I'd mix them up by mistake but somehow it's easy. Is it easy for you too? I guess I'm ok with Ak/gito, just so long as he keeps his grubby little paws off of Ikki. but I must still 'aww' at wondering through the street in just his sockies. Your paragraph about the riders that Akito was watching from a hiding place was short sweet and to the point. Very blunt but in a good way! It was vague enough to keep us wondering but descriptive enough to keep us in the loop, know what I mean? Wonderful balance, darling. Run to Ikki! Tell him! But... just don't, ya know, TOUCH him! HAHAH Ikki's hair is naturally spiky, as I like to think, so the thought and sight of his spikes going back in place after a rub down is great for me, heheh. For some reason, seeing that it was 1 AM got me all excited and giddy. Sexy tiem NAO? I like how his first initial thoughts about about Kazu's whereabouts, and OMG AW Kazu is just the sweetest thing! Naughty mouth and boyish traits and mule-headedness aside, Kazuma is a giant sweetheart and its VERY Kazu-ish to silently claim the 'guest' futon so a friend could take the bed. ppffthaha and again here was are with the poking and proding. Ikki! Waking him up and offering a run!? Honestly, lol. "no" he says, as if denying him sex (cough) um moving on - oh Kazu's always yammering about his sister. I feel like the two of them would have a close but not so close that they know much about each other kind of way. Sorta like a 'we have to stick together cuz mum and dad are away' kind of way, but still I wish the manga and such would give her more depth of a character, instead of just "kazu has a sister. here she is. she's here so it doesnt seem so strange that Kazu lives on his own". hmph! Oh, Ikki, needing to fly from the window like a true bird would! E giddy all over the SHAMPOO PART!! ahaha I love you for that! Kazu's girly shampoo senses tingling!! Strawberries, yus? Like 'Bird Food'? YAY! THATS RIGHT Kazu takes away your Ikki time, Akito, cuz they belong together. I still think its oddly sad and weird that Akito/Agito whatever and Kazu don't have much going on between them, just a competing love for Ikki (hehe) but mebbe thats WHY they don't get along. Hm... Spit it out, tho! This is important! Tell Ikki what you saw!! Oh. Creepy. For the record I like your transitions. I see them very clearly in my mind, like a movie. I dunno, heh. oh ho, a challange, yus? I'm so eager to see where this goes, what with the title and all, and it being an Ikkazu fic. I must bribe you for spoilers later. (LE GASP) Are they going to hurt and or take Ikki and or Kazu? Are they going to challange him as normal riders would. Some how I doubt that one... I must know! I can't wait - I'm horrible at that... Poor Ikki, responsabilities a b* huh? When you lead a team, its up to you to protect Kazu, ... I mean, protect your team. OH and thank you for explaining that mental tie between them that I SWEAR is there, the one that they just KNOW whats going on in the others had and no words need to be spoken. Again, for your simple sentences they tell mountains of images. OH NOES! Accident! This is odd now? They two things going on here could be total coincidence, or they could be linked or tied somehow, OR it could just be rotten luck and bad timing. OMG I love this story and you should either update soon or spoil me cuz I really need to know nao kthx! Bah I like Ikki just staring at Kazu's face, needing to gauge his expression. cliffy forget taking your time. update NAO XD
