NotAfraid 2008-04-16 ch 8,	abuseI can't tell you how much I enjoyed this chapter between Flack and Kaile!! We really haven't seen a scene between the two of them like this before and it was really well done. You have kept Don amazingly in character even thirty years later, and his daughter is still quite like him. One thing I can always count on with your stories is character development and consistency. You do a great job keeping the characters in character. I love how you have developed the children as well. I'm glad you had the chance to give us a little more information on Stella's death as well. I was intrigued to learn more before, but now I really want to know what happened and how Ella was involved!! Sorry for no review last chapter, but I like what we learned about Shayna Hawkes. This huge "family" really has some interesting dynamics to it and I like that. As always, great job. I look forward to the next chapter. And if you don't mind me asking, how long are you planning on this being?

The case is very complex and interesting. But I really want to know what will happen to Don and Deb (nice chose of name by the way)and how long will it take for Devon to ask Brandy out. I love the fact that Don and Deb may have hidden feelings! :D Don needs a good women but I can appreciate Anna's sense of weirdness at her uncle and future mother-in-law hooking up! Can't wait for more!

Seems like I could possibly be right :) I look forward to next chapter. I am glad to see that as a writer, you have not only grown in your writing style but your ability to build story lines that are plausible as well as intricate. Your plot lines also end up including a large cast of the characters, and this chapter was a great example of that. I also just wanted to say thank you for personally responding to the reviews I leave you. It really means a lot as a reader to know that you care.

NotAfraid 2008-04-03 ch 5,	abuseGreat chapter! Its interesting to see this whole new dynamic, now that the family is all grown, and everyone seems involved in law enforcement. I look forward to seeing this Ana line pan out. And as always I want to beg you for something...I really want Dominic and Devon stories. I know Escape was technically about Devon and so was Cat's In The Cradle, and Dominic played a big part in We Can Work It Out, but I want to know more about them. I know we are going to get a big Ana/Ella story when we find out what happened with Stella, but I really feel like we don't know a whole lot about them. Which totally contradicts what a lot of people might say, but we got the inner workings of Ella in Saturday In The Park. This may seem weird, but I don't really like Ana. Maybe it's because I don't understand her that much, but I never felt connected to her like I have the other characters. Last thing, and it's a question. I know we have gotten a few stories with Flack and Kalie, but will we ever broach the Hawkes storyline and his kids? Just curious...
