Really nice stuff. I LOVE Kim Harrison. Of course I know that Rachel and Trent will never get together (Harrison admitted as much in an interview I just listened to), you did a really good job with both of your fan fics. I personally root for Rachel and Ivy, but can understand the allure of Trent in all of his sexy, frustrating, selfish ways.

*laughs* I love it, though I cannot see Trent and Rachel ever becoming a couple. Even if they love to pick on each other.

I just love this book series and I love that you wrote as short fiction about Rachel. She's a great character and I would love to see more stories about her.

Love the lyrics you started with! I used to obsess over that song. I think it fits in wonderfully with the potential between Rachel and Trent, though thankfully neither is wearing a ring. I just love the power play between Rachel and Trent in this story, damn Quen for interrupting them =P You seem very in touch with the characters as we know them after FFDM. I wonder what wonderful situations you could write for these two lovebirds using the more emtional Trent we see in ODW...*cough* write more Trench *cough*
