I like the way you portray Carolyn. She's strong and full of fire. Some authors tend to make her more of a wimp, which I have never believed her to be. Of course she does lack somewhat in the self-control department, where Mike is concerned, doesn't she?

Can the next 'little idea' involve Bobby in more than a peripheral role? I miss him in your stories...

Bobby can be the calm in the storm, when Alex wants to add fuel to the fire. He was Carolyn's voice of reason. "Follow his lead...Don't force it outta him." Good advice. Can Carolyn follow it?

well, at first i thought they did after all, but then her line about "so much we never did" makes me think they came close but didn't. plus, i really don't think he would have out-and-out lied to carolyn about it.

by the way, i've got to say i wish olivet had told jack mccoy to take a hike on the show last week. i was stunned that she was helping with a case again. i would never work for them again, after what they did!

i'm guessing it's olivet! love the way bobby behaved with alex even though carolyn was there.

It's kinda tragic in a way to see Logan and Olivet part ways. If it's not too much to ask, in the event that Barek has a kid with Logan, could Olivet be called in as the kid's godmother?

I hope Olivet and Logan continue to keep their lines of communication open and remain good friends to each other, professionally and bottom line.

Oh, could you please grant me a small request? Have Barek punch Cutter's teeth out! Perhaps have her tell McCoy that's what she learned from a certain Irish detective who's going to deliver one to him, District Attorney or not.

I must admit, I loved the gentle, affectionate interaction between Bobby and Alex. Good for Bobby, backing Mike by telling Carolyn that he believes him. And as usual, he understands things, like how Mike could have gotten close to Olivet in a way others would not understand without it leading to an affair. And people do love to talk, particularly when they have no clue to the truth.
