Hm, Conrad is Yuuri's shield. He protects him whenever and however he can and to fall in love with such a man, well .., I can't blame Yuuri. I would too I think.

But it does have consequences regarding other people's behaviour, LOL. I think Yuuri should be glad that Anissa didn't also start meddling and trying to use him and Conrad for one of her inventions to find true love. I think the thing would sky-rocket, LOL.
