Hauntling beautiful and tragic. The raw pain and emotion Cloud's going through just grips you, and you can't help but feel part of it yourself. Well done, an excellent story.

Ah... I have shivers now. This has such a bittersweet ending... omg. It's so sad... and depressing that she was waiting for him to forgive himself before he could die and be with her. I know it's was probably his wish to be with her, but wouldn't be it selfish to die? But then again, Cloud does deserve it... and he was sick and dying anyway... yeah I guess it does make sense...

But I wish he wouldn't of had to leave on such bad terms with Tifa and stuff... but omg I loved it.

Bittersweet and angsty. Even the ending gives you mixed feelings... it really catches how Cloud must feel. He's very in-character here, and the interaction with Marlene was very well done. Cloud is so much like a child himself, in many ways, and you capture that essence well.

It is well he finally joins Aerith though... even in such an angsty way. Excellent work, perhaps one of your best pieces.

Aw, now you really have to make that video... and I so want to write one about sock puppets now... Cloud and sock puppets...
