This deserves far more reviews! It was absolutely brilliant. You wrote Hidan perfectly, and Konan's thoughts were great. I was pretty amused that they made him go find the broom though... poor new guy. XD

This is a really interesting fic. I think your use of Konan really brought out Hidan's personality and his religious belief, and the fic was quite entertaining. :)

This is amazing. It's just so...cool. I love it. I haven't seen many Konan and Hidan moments, and this was really a rewarding trip on the wild side for me. I absolutely loved your dialogue; it was so in-character and perfectly thought-provoking. This is how Konan and Hidan should be. In this story, I think your portrayal of Hidan rivaled that of another author, firefly, and that's a high compliment because firefly is widely considered one of the best Akatsuki authors on the site.

"surviving agony’s the only time people really realize they’re alive." - that line really hit me hard. It's such a Hidan opinion, and heck, maybe it's true. I also like the way Konan wonders where Pein finds these people, because honestly, I've also questioned that many times. :P

Incredible. Just indescribably incredible.

I enjoy a good religious debate as much as the next person, and I really enjoyed this, between all the swear words. Hidan and Konan are two people with very strong convictions in their faith, and they mesh well and butt heads because of that. You really gave them some great chemistry here.

If I don't cut off this review here, I might go on about it forever, so I'd better stop. Just know that this is the best thing I've read about the Akatsuki in a long time, one of the best ever. Totally, one hundred percent recommended.

Yay, another awesome fic from you! I really like this one--I've always wondered how Hidan would interact with Pein and Konan. Especially Konan, since she's the only other devout member of Akatsuki. I really like that line about "Imagining him in Heaven, laughing. Imagining him in Hell, laughing." I can totally imagine Hidan in hell, getting tormented by demons...and laughing about it. You really do a great job writing Hidan.

Fantastic. First time in a while that I've seen someone nail Hidan's character so dead on. And not to mention Konan! I think you depicted her wonderfully. :D

The conversation had a nice natural flow to it and I really liked the almost kinda sorta reconciliation they came to. Oh, and my favourite line:

"Yeah, well, your god's a pussy."
