What really stood out to me with this story is it's honesty. Whether it was a happy moment or sad, intimiate or cold - it was honest. Exactly how I would imagine Danny and Lindsay reacting. Not fluffy or angsty to an extreme (though nothing wrong with that). There was a rawness, a brutal honesty that really resonated with me. I think this is due in part to the deep connection between Danny and Lindsay which you wrote so well. Again, through all these ups and downs that the songs you used brough them through, their connection remains, whether it's physical (like a kiss) or emotional (Lindsay burning for him in 4). Loved it!

I loved so much of it, and especially this: "He had pushed away everyone who mattered to him, finally succeeded in simplifying his life to the point that he could hardly move, hardly make his feet move one in front of the other." Such a brilliant description. These little snippets really get to the heart of matters wonderfully.
nyakattia 2008-03-24 ch 1,	abuseI really liked this- the anatomy of a break up and reconciliation. At first I'm thinking "What? They broke up? NO!" (And right afterwards, "Flack and Lindsay? NO! :P) But I figured you'd fix up the angst. I particularly like the last segment, where she knows he'll hurt her but continues on anyway because she also knows they love each other enough to heal it. :D

You also used some of my favourite songs, and if I didn't know any better I'd have thought you used my play list. All these 'shuffle' stories going around almost makes a girl like me want to write one, but since I haven't written much of anything these days, I'll save that for a rainy day. :P But that's besides the point. It was great and I can't wait to hear from you again. :) I'll be waiting. Emily Rae

prplerayne 2008-03-23 ch 1,	abuseI love this! It's very well done and I love the songs you picked the drabbles to go with them. I think #10 is my favorite though. There's not a whole lot of stories out there that don't have Lindsay resenting Rikki. Yours shows no animosity towards her, and acceptance as a matter of fact, and I really think that's how Lindsay would be with her. Great job!!
