Heiji was so OOC towards the end.
Just something I'm not quite sure about...the whole 'case' was Kazuha's plan, was it? His reaction at the end would make some sense if it were...sorry, I'm having trouble getting it...
Heiji doesn't always have his hat when solving a case...ah well; it makes a cute quirk here. ^_^
