This has to be one of the most interesting stories i have ever read from here.

It's well structured and not all fantasy and over dramatic love confessions and such.

And, EEK! Jiraiya! I can't believe Zetsu ate him! Gah, the West Wing folk are very disturbed.

Loved the patient files, it was great to see what exactly everyone had. I'd guessed Gaara's, and a few others, but it was nice to see why they were there. I didn't even know Gai's existed, so I guess I learned something new.

I love how this chapter reads like a repeat of Neji's first coming to Konoha, but with the little differences; the single room, the letter, etc. It really tied up the story, which I have to say was amazing in general. Wonderful, wonderful, job. I'm sad to see it go, but I loved how you ended it, so it isn't so bad.

So yeah, totally loved this story.

This ENTIRE chapter was quite possible a Crowning Moment of Heartwarming. When Sasuke is having trouble telling Neji he'll miss him, and when Neji kissed Gaara goodbye (I squeed), and when Neji was thinking about all he never did but how it didn't matter anyway, and then the final line about how Neji was going to become a therapist . . . I'm thinking/hoping that the epilogue might be a timejump, because I suspect Neji would be amazing at that. He did spend a lot of time in therapy helping others after all, and in the canon he seems to like his battlefield psychology.

Amazing, amazing chapter.

You know what? I've just realised why this is one of (if not, THE BEST) fanfic ever.

All the Naruto characters are f'd up. So it makes perfect sense for them to live in an institution; especially Gaara. Hell, especially Sasuke, too!
