Awmahgawd this is SO going on my favorites list!

This is such a beautiful, angsty, romantic story that I was crying the entire way through it. Good tears though! It means that you put the right amount of emotion inti it, and for that a congratulation is in order. Well done!

i LOVE what you did! i guess i already said it, but i thought that it was perfect how you had her rush over to him. i thought that the last few moments were REALLY good. better than what i was thinking.

Okay now that I've gotten that out of my system, -megatacklehugs- OMG this was so beautiful! Sadness and angst aside (I'm still tearing up, darn it!) you did such an incredible job with making this romantic in the face of all the death and stuff. This reminds me of a piece I did for a class based on Ovid's "Metamorphoses" where we had to write a story with some kind of transformation in it. I did the point of view of a WWI soldier dying in battle (he turned into a flower at the end, it sounds weird but it made sense at the time), and this 'fic really reminded me of my feelings while I wrote that.
