It was interesting to read this from Emily's POV. In this episode, Emily seemed to want to squish Jake under her boot like a bug, didn't she? You could tell that she still hadn't forgiven him for leaving or for whatever else happened before he left. I like your version better, though. To think that she was acting this way because she still loved him and was afraid that he wouldn't still love her as well just seems right. Thanks for sharing. Will you continue this story?
