This story...words can not even begin to describe how much I enjoyed reading it. Maybe it's because this is suppose to be like a comic book, but there was never a dull moment throughout the entire story. The length was perfect, not too long to get boring, but long enough to tell a complete and interesting story. And the emotion, parts of this had me cheering for the characters, others had me in tears, and some parts even had me yelling at my computer (specifically the end of chapter 5). And the way the character's backstories connected so well with the KH canon made this even more enjoyable. Your characterization was also very believable and well done for this being an AU. All I can say is brillant job on this. I would definitely recommend this to anyone in need of a good read.

The summary of this story made me laugh so hard... I'm looking forward to reading the following chapters of this one!

Well! This is a really, really, really awesome fic. I seriously love the plot, and i totally wasn't expecting the sudden twists. Which is good, you know. It made me want more. XD
Your grammar is flawless, and I really admire the way you write. You make it seem like the reader is really in there with the characters.

Wha--guh? ;_; I'm so speechless right now. First thing: no shit you did pretty damn alright! That was.. PHENOMENAL. I felt their feelings and smiled and frowned and laughed and almost cried and goddamn, when I hit the last sentence in chapter five all my breath went out of me. Seriously. I was so shocked--it's even worse that HE killed himself. And then I was reading chapter 6 agonizingly slow, constantly thinking 'oh god, Roxas is gonna kill himself too..' but then.. I should've known that that scene would come into play once more. You ended it like it began, and that's beautiful. :)
I don't know how you do it, but this story is just.. I don't know, perfect. It's funny and touching and always interesting.. there are genuinely heartfelt moments and meaning and deep relationships and pain, so much pain.. and there's a constant plot involved. Especially with the Organization, I thought that was done extremely well and it felt believable, real. And your grammar and writing style is EXCELLENT (I love your parallel sentences--"Even the missing pieces of his life were missing pieces." tore at me inside)(And all the detail, that's awesome too).
I don't know if it's because this is a comic book AU that it has so many surprises, but this story seems to deliver a punch every time. It's intense. It's riveting. It's AMAZING. :(
I noticed that sometimes there's an indent in the middle of a paragraph and I don't really know why, but it doesn't hinder the writing at all. That and the run-on sentences, yeah, but they are appropriate.
Anyway, I don't know what to say or how to further praise you beyond that. As a reader of my fair share of fan-based work, this is definitely one of the best, if not THE best, I have ever read. I've been looking for a heart-wrenching story for a while now, and I think this is the one.. :) Thanks for that. Right so this story was awesome and all. And I think I managed to work it all out except one thing...

How did a government weapons program (which I assume is Deus) turn into a terrorist organisation? As far as I worked out they thought the people in Deus were getting too powerful and because they didn't manage to control them they wanted to kill them, but didn't manage because Vexen figured it out.

But then what happened? They turned into a terrorist organisation, fighting corruption? But on whose orders/ideals? ans why did Roxas stay with them? And then the government + the Keyblade Sora captured Roxas and ereased his memories, right? But was this planned by the organisation or what was Axel going on about Roxas being 'comissioned'? and if they weren't part of the government anymore (which I assume since Sora was fighting them) what security guard did Axel seduce?

Sorry if I'm being annoying, and I really did like the story but I'm just trying to get everything straight here. XD

Brilliant! Absolutely brilliant! *applauds* My heart nearly stopped for a second there at the end of the 5th chapter. I am SO glad I found this fic after you'd finished it, or I'd have had months of anguish waiting for the final chapter.

Not knowing anything about Kingdom Hearts, I can't comment about OOC behavior. But I can say that for someone who never even heard these characters' names before, this is an amazing story all by itself.

Wow! This is a really great fic. I love the comic book universe you set it in, and some of the translations from the game were absolutely beautiful (like the Organization almost being forced to give up their emotions and free will - parallels so nicely with the nobodies). You're a great writer, too, and I absolutely respect your right to run-on sentences. :D

A friend highly recommended your story "Deae ex Machina", but it doesn't seem to be on your profile page anymore. Is there somewhere else I can read it? Will it ever be back? (For the record, she absolutely loved it & couldn't stop laughing the whole time she read it, but I don't think she ever reviews, so she probably hasn't told you so herself.)

Anyway, I love what you did with this fic, and I can't wait to go read more of your other work! (Also, I love Phoenix Wright. *.*)
