I don't read slash fics but I didn't mind this time 'cause it was presented very well. I didn't feel uncomfortable. Danny and Lindsay in a dark alley = HOT!

I love how you didn't tell us exactly what they would be doing undercover until the last moment. I don't particularly like slashy stuff... but the bit with the boys at the end was awesome. And the last three lines were just perfect, lol.

Started reading, good thing the kiddies were at a table in front of me, and WOW! Shared it with a fellow leader/friend who only reads ff when I shove something at her. She loved it too. Neither of us realized it was going to be slash until Stella kissed Linday trying to get in the bar. Best parts were "He (Don)stepped towards Stella and Lindsay and looked at them a little helplessly, “Detectives. Are you both wired up?” He squeezed his eyes shut as they nodded solemnly, the teasing light in their eyes showing they knew how desperately he wanted to know where they had managed to hide the transceivers. Tiny though the equipment was, he couldn’t imagine there was enough fabric between the two women’s outfits to conceal much of anything." and " “Just keep an eye on what is happening. And keep each other safe. Are you both armed?” The women nodded, and once again Flack and Danny exchanged incredulous looks. Where the hell were they hiding weapons?" Awesome job. I found it both amusing and very HOT!

Having said that, this was actually pretty good. I'm impressed. The descriptions were fantastic and I really found the whole thing hilarious. Great job!

And sometimes getting out of your comfort zone is a good thing--and it worked for this piece and for you! I loved that Danny (and everyone else) saw Lindsey differently, and his line about Flack needing to tell Stella. The club scenes were great- just sexy enough without being over the top--and interspersing what was happening in the van with what was going on inside gave more impact to what happened after the job. Great work, as always. Hope you write more again soon!
