when you write poetry, could you try to diverge beyond the obvious? be creative; use literary tools like sybolism, metaphors, similies. don't just say "there is shelling and bombing," use figurative language to dance around the point. In a poem, word choice is limited so every word is very important. please make each word choice count. pretty please? "death is a bad thing" ? Oy vey
