Katara left? I really wasn't expecting it, but I did like the chapter! I hope Katara beats the ship, though if you want to add some drama, have her lose, get hurt, and have Zuko save her! I'm just saying, you don't have to, but I think it'd be cool! Update soon.

Great job presenting such serious situations. The characters' responses are all very accurate and add to the draw of the 'fic.

This is excellent so far. Very dramatic and full of a plethora of emotions. I'm curious to see how Katara's emotional and mental healing progresses. I used to counsel abuse and sexual assault victims, and it's always an ongoing struggle. I'm anticipating the support she'll get from the rest of the group.


One small thing: where it says "The water maiden jumped, startled out of her revelry," revelry should be reverie. (Partying vs. deep, contemplative thought) It kinda hung me up for a sec. :-P

Damn, this is gonna take a bit of effort from Katara and the rest of the Gaang to help Katara with this, isnt it?
The poor girl. I miss the old katara too. Though I feel it would happen to anyone- 7 months of Ozai?? Yikes.
