Cute, but the tumor part was pointless.

I loved this story! Very unexpected... but it was cute and absolutely hilarious.

That was...interesting ^^; You should probably work on elaborating your exposition, though. Remember to "show, not tell" so that your audience has something to imagine while they read.

Also, you might want to pay a little more attention to your characterization. For instance, I have trouble imagining Gohan ever using the word "shit," much less "fuck." Videl might curse (possibly, not probably), but not Gohan.
