I love that you did what all fanfiction writers like to do. It's a great movie and it's a real shame there are so many unfinished story lines. So maybe you could do one on Harry and Karen. I'd really like to see them work things out.

Lovely sweet story. I did feel very sorry that Sarah let Karl go in the movie - she was too entwined in her brother's life. This quite cheered me up and gave me hope. :)

Just watched "Love... actually" and felt in need of a good, solid, fluffy ending for Sarah and Karl (like I always do when watching this movie) and there your story was... thank you for that :) It's short, it's sweet and it's what I always wanted to see on screen. I love it.

I feel the same about the movie, and I have also felt unfulfilled with the Sarah/Karl ending.. I just knew that they worked it out after the movie was over, but I wasn't sure how. I quite like your vision of how it happened. Great job. :)

I had just finished watching "Love Actually" for the tenth time I think (I'm in love with this movie) and decided to look for some fanfics about this couple. The only thing I don't like about the movie is that we don't know what happened with Sarah and Karl. I loved your fanfic, it's something that could (and should) have happened in the movie.

Thanks for writing this - I wish they had put it in the movie. The scenario you came up with works well, I think, though I think Sarah would have been too shy to actually run out and kiss Karl on the sidewalk. But yay for second chances!
