| fledge 2008-05-15 ch 9, | abuseLike some other reviewers have said, there are times in the beginning of the story where I just can't make head or tail of it - really as if two stories had become mixed up. First, Harry sneaks into Vernon's car to get to London, then, he is abducted by a polyjuiced DE; first he travels to the continent on his own and gets attacked by those guys in Berlin, then he has to watch their killing, tied to a chair, it's hard to get, really. And it never gets clear, where and how the Delacours all come into the picture in the first place. Another annoying aspect is the constant shift from present to past narrative without any reason at all. Otoh, there is certainly something promising in this fic, and we really can use all the H/F stories we can get. So, whatever you do, update! |
