brilliantly written. the characterizations and the rough view of harry from another perspective is great, especially the gradual breakdown of how harry adapts into their world. the pacing and emotions were spot-on, and it's difficult to give a proper review that isn't all "aiejpoiaer awesome yay" and garbling.

I've never seen a Ulternate dimension story in James pov. In fact I've never seen it in anyone other than Harry's or Sirius'.

This is amazing and unique-to me-and just blows me away.

THIS story was gorgeous and incredible and moving and, and, and...

I absolutely loved it. The scene with Aaron and Harry was inspired. And watching the new dimension story through James' eye was a nice change of pace.

Wow. That was incredible. I have to say that I liked this much better than the happy-go-lucky time-travel stories in which Harry arrives just in time reveal his mysteries and then save the day. Even though this version was more raw and more emotional, it was also more real. I loved it.

A brilliant story - I'm at a loss for words to tell you how much I enjoyed it. Wonderful characterizations and most importantly: you seem to know exactly the right point to end!

For some odd reason, I keep coming back to this story without realizing I've read it before, judging from the title and summary alone; after I'm a paragraph or two in, I remember, and read on anyway. XD I figured I ought to leave a review this round. *lol*

There are many similar fics that deal with a jaded Harry crossing over to an alternate universe with the James and Lily alive, not to mention a cartful of children. It's refreshing to see a more realistic view on how Harry would adapt to his AU family. It's the same reason why I'm so drawn to your EC/HP fanfic as well... (BTW, any plans of updating that soon?) Anyway, I do appreciate James' POV for this story, and it seems that you've got his fatherly tone just right. I wouldn't have minded a few more snippets of Harry's interactions with Snape, and I did briefly wonder at your Harry's reaction towards seeing this universe's Hermione and Ron. Ah well, this story is good as it is. Hope to see more of your writing soon. :)

OMG!! I saw this story and I couldn't belive a 1 chapter could have so many reviews. Now I understand. I find myself wanting more and not, wanting more because it's so good and there is so many you could write with this and not, because I dont want it spoiled ,not saying you would spoiled but it's so good that I dont want the chance.

I've read plenty harry-cross-universe stories but I think you have made with this something different, the James POV is genius, really, I meant it, I think there is something very parental in it, I supposse every parent (I dont have children, so I'm guessing) look at their child sometime and see someone completly foreing, James got this in a very extreme situation (Harry is all grown at once, and he was death)so it must weigth a lot more, but there is place for hope, and I love it.

The Snape-Harry interactions are priceless, and it touch something I've been thinking every time I read one of this stories, that in an universe where Lily and James survived and Canon!Harry get to it, if they were able to get past the Potter-Snape feud, Harry and Snape could understand each other better than any other, I would love to see more of it (the James - Sirius jealousy, and arguments would be pretty funny too ).

Anyway, a lovely piece of work, I would love to read more of your work (I'm now reading your other story) and if you ever decide continue with this universe or get new inspiration, I would love to read it too. Whatever you do, I think this rise a lot the worth of the HP fanfiction, and it worth a second, third, etc reading. Amazing work, I really envy you :D to be able to write this good. Navvy
