this entire chapter is pure WIN. first Ursa - oh, how i love that fire-mommy~! - and then a cute little Air-Nomad-Artifact surprise, and then even more cuteness all the way through to the end.

all in all, i'd say that i am in love with this fanfic, lulz. and now that i'm done reading it, i can get some sleep! it's five o'clock in the morning now, yeesh!
--but it was worth it. X3

OMG THIS IS JUST... AWUH~! *coos* i love this so, so much. and there's still an epilogue left to go, hurray!

side note: this part amused me most, because part of me is still a Taang and Zutara shipper, when i feel like it:
“You know,” Katara whispered, still smiling giddily. “I’m kinda jealous.”
“You and me both sister,” Toph said, crossing her arms but grinning as well.

IT'S ALL SO COMPLICATED AND ACTION-PACKED AND AH!
...and i keep wondering if who Hakoda loves is Bato, or something totally plot-twisted and almost random, like Ozai or Iroh, LOL. guess i'll have to wait and see. still, i like that Aang loves Zuko again, even if he can't remember. but your story still would have been ine if you hadn't apeased the fans in such a manner. ;3

i love some of the lines you use. i've notice before, back when Zuko and Suki were crashing in the air balloon prior to meeting up with the Gaang: you said something akin to, "gold and blue, equally heated stares". but in this chapter - and i'm not entire sure why - but i love the line, "that girl had nine lives." hmm. i guess, maybe, i like it because i was thinking something similar at the same moment when i first watched Southern Raiders. and... yeah. i loved the rest of the chapter, haha~ now, onto the next! this is so fun~ :D

heehee, i was hoping back when i read your A/N in chapter seven that you would use the air-balloon time with Sokka as something for your plot. and i was right! and it was so sweet, Sokka (albeit awkwardly) comforting Zuko. and now, the last line about hope gives me hope, and i can continue reading. (haha, all this talk of hope is remind me of probably one of the most crack-filled episodes of anything EVER CREATED aside from 'Daydreams and Nightmares': 'Ember Island Players'. LOL, i love that peisode, and wonder how you plan to portray it, because it was damn funny: they basically made fun of their own show, and sumerized it. HA.)

ramble-ramble. sorry, but it's about four in the morning right now. and yet can't stop; i have to keep reading, because not only will i be unable to use the computer tomorrow (today?), but i want to finsiht his since t's so interesting. X3

ooh, this is so awesome. i love it! the Suki-Zuko friendship is just to adorable, because, really, they would've made great BFFs.
--but that guard... the jerk who was groping Suki... i wanted to carve out his insides with a rusty soup spoon, he made me so angry! i as afraid that he was goin to rape her! luckily, Zuko had a smooth lie up his sleeve to save her. hurray for that!
but... Aang and his dream... does this mean that he's slowly remembering? 'cause i sure hope so! D:

but i'm not mad, honest. just in a little bit of shock, because while this Alternate Plotline is wicked-brilliant, and i love the little changes and complications like Suki-Zuko friendship and blocked memories/feelings/Avatar State-hood (which all makes perfect sense the way you wrote it, bye-the-by; kudos, once again!)... it's frustrating nonetheless. i'm currently sitting here, thinking to myself: oh no, how will this ever be solved? - and, for once, this is a thought Katara and i agree on. (i got extremely annoyed with Katara in season three, but the way you write her, i like her again. yay!)

oh wow. oh wow.
i'm shaking a little, because this season finale, at the time of its airing, had had such great impact on me. but even with your changes, the impact hasn't changed; if anything, it has increased! i mean, this chapter kind of swept over me in a rush, the events clicking into place wonderfully; kudos to you for that.
and goodness, if you've already finished two seasons in five chapters, it makes me wonder what the hell you've done past this point, because now so much more can happen!
it's simply amazing. :D

(and even when i first saw The Chase, i thought as Aang repeated the aforementioned nickname that he had created a new petname for the prince. although at the time, i wasn't yet a Zukaang supporter, so i meant the term 'petname' differently. but now, obviously, it just amuses me, because the way you wrote about how Zuko was going to be a laughing stock, it made me think of the nickname in such a manner.)

anyway. i'm going to keep reading. this is just so highly amusing~! :D

heehee, since the first chapter, i was hopng you'd do something sweet in that cave in the North; and i was right. and i'm so0o0o0o happy about it. :3

haha, how come every time Zhao dies, in the show or in a fanfic, i always laugh?
