That chapter had me smiling almost everywhere, and chuckling then and then.
Kagome is so endearing. Entertaining may be the word. Yes it is. :D
I can't wait to read more, but these two last chap (2 and 3) were very cool. There are passages that I can't tire of. I might read it over and over again.
My favorite ? Mhh, it's hard to choose, but maybe this :
"Inu Yasha had his moments too - the sun would catch in his eyes and the moonlight would strike his hair, turning it into a liquid silvery white that reminded her of--" Well... XD Sure Kagome !

Very well rounded. The beginning and the end feel smooth. Like an... essay.
It must sound corny, but heh, I don't find any other word to describe the contenting sentiment in reading the ending of this chapter.

You did a great job on this. It was a pleasure to read.
I'm glad less and less fanficcers draw a petty and demanding Kagome now. That's so... *sigh*.

Oh, and I totally loved that sentence:
"And 'Heisei'?" he asked. "I was under the impression the current human reign was called 'Eiroku.'"
