yes! i feel so lucky to have found another story to add to my favorites! you've done a great job so far!

i'm a little confused about Hakkai's suicide attempt, because in the manga he never tried to kill himself--it was all Chin Yisou. is this AU? i'll assume it is, because the characterization is spot on.

you've got an interesting style. when the characters contemplate things, it seems at first that you're just taking stuff from the manga to make things dramatic, but then you go further, adding your own interpretation, and it makes the whole fic a work of art. i think it's easy to try to do that in Saiyuki, but it's harder to pull it off the way you have. great work! i look forward to the next chapter.

also, when it said in the first chapter that it started raining, i heard rain outside my window right then. lol.

I am still enjoying this. I love the conversation in bed. It's kind of personal and somehow, which is really weird to say, quiet. Don't ask where that came from. Just sounds like two lovers speaking to each other from their hearts.

This is an awesome retelling of how they met! I think I like this version better than cannon, possibly cause I know gojyo and hakkai are gonna end up together (Please?), but still!

Oh wow, this is so good. I love how you are re-doing the events of how they met. Please tell me you are continuing this and you won't let them end up like they did in your other story. I would very sad about that. Hell, I called Hakkai all kinds of names for breaking Gojyo's heart like that (although I do admit that I have written them that way a few times).
