OK this is what I'd do. It's not a bad thought (the idea behind the plot that is) but here's the thing ... cannon/Stephenie Meyer has said that the vamps can't cry ... so ... well you should work that out some how ... and also ... it's thin ... there is really no substance to it. You need to delve deeper. It's weak as is. I would rewrite it and repost. It could be really good.
