Emily Waters 10/26/11 . chapter 1 Just stunning in every way. Yes, love fades, but this isn't love. So, maybe, *this* won't fade. |
Dance Elle Dance 1/4/11 . chapter 1Wow, this was an extremely good piece of work! I really enjoyed reading this. It was dark and just really nicely written. It had a certain...edge to it, if that's the right word. Anyway, I really enjoyed this! Keep up the great work! |
anon 1/13/10 . chapter 1 Your writing is sharp and beautiful. This was a pleasure to read. |

kitty-re 7/11/08 . chapter 1I simply adore the line, "Love fades, but this isn't love.
A very bold and striking fic. |
whitehound 4/8/08 . chapter 1I'm not sure whether Snape's in character or not after all, canon Snape fought and died for love and loyalty and seemed to have no self-interest or self-preservation at all. Yet, he was a cynic and he might well say what he says here, even if he didn't practise what he preached. And it's very well written. |
la dissonance 4/7/08 . chapter 1Oh, I like! This is ironic and dark, just like Snape... very nice...And on the whole, I think your Snape is very IC here, and he has some lines which I enjoyed...like the "Granger. You have obviously never developed a taste for fine liquor." ... who honestly walks into a room and greets someone that way? (only Snape!) mdr...
Also, I think there's a typo in the fourth paragraph...it says "telling hims so." |
