I love this stroy! It was full of humor, drama, cuteness, it stuck close to the characters personailities and the Manga itself! Again love it :-)

One thing I hate in Sesshoumaru/Kagura fanfiction is to see Sesshoumaru keep hold of that feather forever. For a man who detests so much to be controlled and a woman who was so desperate to be free, I can't think of anything more terrible for an author to have Sesshoumaru do than to forever trap that feather by keeping it with him.

I was therefore hoping that Sesshoumaru would let the feather go. You didn't disappoint, you even compared the status of the feather to imprisonment: Sesshoumaru releasing his last obsession. You may have struggled to come up with ideas for this last chapter, but the idea you decided to run with has worked very well.

One of the reasons I'm a fan of Sesshoumaru/Kagura fanfiction is because they're not mushy, and so any romance between them would not be mushy either. Or, perhaps, there's a different ballpark for what is mushy where Sesshoumaru or Kagura is concerned. For example, Kagura's decision to save Kohaku no matter the cost is "mushy" by her standards. After Rin's second death, all Sesshoumaru did was touch her cheek - but given his normal standards, there's not much in the manga that was mushier than that scene (same goes for his "whether or not her death was in vain, is for me to decide" vow).

The best Sesshoumaru/Kagura fanfiction creates this sense of respect and caring without getting into the hearts and flowers that so many people seem to think is obligatory for romance stories. This was one of those stories (the good kind, that is).

On the subject of good Sesshoumaru/Kagura YouTube videos (I agree with you on the "Gift: Kagura, Won’t Say I’m in Love" video - it's both humorous and fitting), I have a few other suggestions:

Well done on this story, you maintained its quality from beginning to end.

I really liked this collection! Kagura was so cool, and her death has never sat well with me. Everyone sees how much Sesshoumaru has changed due to Rin, but many fail to realize how much of an impact Kagura had on him too. Great job writing this! Thanks for mentioning my little tale as well!

Ok, so, at first, when I read the summary, I thought "M, so it's a post-death fic, how nice!". Then I read the first chapter, and I thought "OMFG! IT'S LIKE RIGHT FROM THE START!" and then my thoughts sort of scrambled and thinking became too hard.

You're amazing. This fanfiction is amazing. It's one of the loveliest things I've ever read about them. Ever. Thank you. My life is much better because of you.

My favorite part is in chap #18: "Kagura had allowed him to keep Tokijin, like a gift – or a loan. It was ruined, she was dead, it wasn’t his to fix;" That alone broke my heart surprisingly more then the previous chapter.

Again, you're amazing for writing this, I've looked everywhere and couldn't find anything to match this kind of amazingness.

When I clicked on the link to go to this page, my heart jumped as I realized that it'd be the last chapter :(. And I'm still sad after this, but I feel happy too. Happy that you've revealed Sesshomaru's thoughts, his thoughts that RT would probably never have put in the manga. An original ending line, but it still emphasizes the entire fanfic. Way to go, Angela! xD

I can't see for the tears. My main goal in my Sess/Kagura fics is to give them a happy ending; I know what you mean about needing such. This was just beautiful. Even though it's sad, one of my fave tribute vids is by LadyKagura91 to the song, Somewhere, by Within Temptation. I highly recommend it. And, yes, 'Kamikaze' is wonderful story. :)

An avenger, Sesshoumaru definitely fits the characters. Good job on the description.

I was always very moved by the notion that Sesshomaru would be the one to define the meaning of Kagura’s death and therefore life.

I am however sad to read that there is ONLY one more chapter to go. Too bad, I enjoyed your one shots very much. I really loved the way you managed to tie in the manga’s canon setting in them. You really did a great homage to my favorite pairing so thank you!

One more chappy? Update soon. I hope Kagura's going to get resurected...
