I really like this story alot. Can you please write some more chapters?

This chapter touches on the most tragic aspect of spousal abuse. The desire of the abused to stay with their abuser. The idea that "He doesn't really mean to hurt me (us)". Or they think the abuse might actually be their fault for some reason. Sometimes stemming from their desire to return to the abusive relationship, which they recognize as being unhealthy. But unable to turn away from.

One word of warning; Just because Mamoru tossed out all of Usagi's things doesn't mean they will be seeing the last of him. Abusers have been well known to destroy left behind articles. But not in an effort to divorce themselves from their spouses. Rather it is merely a proxy surrogate for the rage that they want to inflict on their victims. After a while, he will want to have his old 'punching bag' back, and will work to seducing her back. That is where the real crux of the story will begin.

Final thought. I wonder how the others will react when they see Usagi has cut her hair. Yes, I know you didn't actually 'say' she was going to cut her hair. But she just got finished brushing it. And act which just served to remind her of where her life had started to go wrong. What else could it possibly mean when she wants to start changing her life? But back to the original thought; Her hairstyle was her constant link to her past life. For her to want to abandon it so radically only shows just how badly Mamoru's behavior has damaged things.

You have a great writing style and a good way of telling a story but I just feel that Mamoru's personality change does not fit in well at all.

After watching him throughout the series, I think that we've all come to the conclusion that nothing is more important to him than Usagi and Rini. The violence is totally out of character - even if he didn't love them so much, Mamoru isn't the type to abuse anyone.

Perhaps you can explain how this change in character came to be? Because Mamoru sure isn't IC to me.

Is there an ulterior plot here? Sorcery? Possession? Something that makes more sense than suddenly waking up in the morning and deciding that being good didn't pay off so well? O_O

First, to certain other readers; This is an 'abuse' story. It's supposed to be harsh and uncomfortable. And yes, people can suddenly become violent and abusive. Believe me, I've seen it happen. And so have you, if you would be honest with yourselves.

Your story tells the story of abuse so clearly. Just like in real life, Usagi is making the sad conclusion (erroneously of course) that Mamoru's change in behavior is somehow her fault. Or that it's all just a misunderstanding. Personally, I always thought the problem was the victim was terrified of life on their own. Abusive or not, Mamoru is a strong factor in Usagi's life.

One last thing; the other Senshi. How is Rei going to explain things to them? Somehow, I doubt they are going to accept an "Usagi had a little accident" excuse.

Please tell me that Mamoru will see the error of his ways or he gets the living hell beat into him...he needs to get his act together and quit being a jackass. update soon.

i don't know if i like your story or hate it. i love they way it is written but i hate the fact that you have made mamoru into an abusive person. and they are my two fave couple ever. i can't wait for the next installment.

i understand you wanted to do a fiction story like this but I just not feeling it, it's too violent with the abuse and no details on how he can turn a caring husband to a violent one just cause they had a baby together~ I also agree with another reviewer too much cussing
