| SylarsBitch 2008-08-24 ch 8, | abuseDo you know how hard it is to find good Crane fics? Very. This is a really fantastic fic so far, I love it. And also, surprisingly, I like your OC, and I usually really hate them but there's something really likeable about Lisbourne. Greatwork, keep it up! ElleXo |
| KuroShinigami13 2008-08-07 ch 4, | abuseI like the story so far, but... "But unlike other people who would deny it and do everything to be well again, weirdly, she fully accepted the others, even somehow started to communicate with them." How is that weird? A lot of multiples have to accept their others before they can begin integration. The beginning of getting better is in communicating with the other personalities. I'm saying this from experience (I'm a multiple) and from the stories my friends who are multiples tell me. Also, they don't call it MPD (Multiple Personality Disorder) anymore for some reason. It's either called DD (Dissociative Disorder) or DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder). Just thought I'd give a little help since I know about this stuff. Also, you're doing a really great job of capturing how a multiple acts so far. It's really interesting. Keep up the good work. |
| A Last Kiss For Succubus 2008-07-25 ch 9, | abusePsh! Let people talk mess! Ha, i say to them... Ha. :] Your doing great so far! Sure, criticism works but only when its needed! Oh well I just suck with criticism so I can't take it! ANYWHO, great story! I can't wait for the next chapter! Hehe! I'm on the edge of my seat when I read these! Please, keep up the great work! -B |
| bumblebee 2008-07-20 ch 2, anon. | abuseThe story started off very well. And then I got to the second chapter. I have to say, I cringed when I saw the paragraphs labeled "Crane's POV (3rd person)" etc. You didn't label it before, so why start now? It was...disappointing. A writer who can tell a story as well as yourself does not need degrading labels to tell his/her audience who's POV it is. That should be implied within the story and not have to be told at all. In my opinion, I think it just ruins the story all together because those labels distract the reader and ruin the flow of the events and actions that you are trying to get across to the reader. It's just "bad" writing. Of course, this is YOUR fanfiction so you can do whatever the hell you want with it but I do hope the criticisms help. |

| nekokama 2008-06-10 ch 7, anon. | abuseI'd be lying if I said I wasn't impressed. Not only due to the fact that this is the first story to hold my interest for a long time but because you obviously have intellect in the actual subject of multiple personality disorder. Most people generally believe that having split personalities is known as schizophrenia and it is commonly mistaken as such. You, however, actually noted the distinct name of the disorder and went as far as pointing out that she was aware of her problem which helped with the story line since psychotic disorder are usually unnoticed by the patient. Overall, just that knowledge was enough to draw me in but I find myself still waiting almost eagerly for the next chapters. Please continue writing. (You might also be happy to know that this may possibly be the longest positive response I've ever written and for some reason I sound really posh in it when in reality i'm some common girl. lol! pointless information over) |
