I love how your oc says her thoughts immediately after thinking them. What I mean by that is:

(...And what a minute how the hell did he know I had a pack in my truck?

“How the hell do you know there’s a pack in my truck?” I hissed through the phone...)

I don't know why, but I really found that amusing. :D

I really like this story so far, though I noticed, at least in this chapter, that you switch tenses midsentence sometimes.
