I'm here because I read the first chapter of Empress Hellfire's adaption of of your story.

It's not bad. I like LotR stories that actually explain how someone gets to Middle Earth and why. You created decent tension and realistic reaction, which are very important in my book.

But you do know that Legolas actually means Greenleaf in Elvish, don't you? I don't know why people keep using it for his last name.

Hm... roaring in Moria.. that could have bad aftereffects. I like how the sisters argue, very sibling like. I can't wait to see them in a real fight. If the wargs haven't attacked the fellowship yet then let's see some action. And the Plasma pistol can still be used as a club! Or if it gives of sparks as a fire starter! But, Lehr can probably rip an orc's arms off with her bare hands...

More than two months ago, a reviewer pointed out that you had misspelled Tolkien's name. Tolkien is of course the author of the story which you apparently want us to believe you are fond of.

Since, after two months, you haven't corrected it, and you can't spell "Valinor" either, I can only conclude you're not much of a LotR fan. [Congratulations: you *did* spell "Legolas" correctly. That makes you 1 for 3...]

Now, the story's not bad (and would be better if you ditch the unprofessional parenthetical A/Ns), but if you're going to pretend to be a fan, you should show some respect for the author. Maybe you should post this under "Halo" instead?

By the way, in the Third Age, Valinor was not in the same dimension as Middle-earth, so

This is miscatagorized and should be under the crossover place, not Lord of the Rings.

This is interesting... especially if Lehr has a plasma sword, I bet the Orcs of Moria wouldn't like it! By all means, write another chapter if possible!
