Renn fair meets Feudal Era Japan...I was so out of sorts reading it but in the end I had to laugh cuz it was so OOC for both of them. Jaken reminded me of the "Patsy" character in Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

Oh WOW! I swear I have a stitch from giggling so hard! So many puns! The double entendres and allusions were absolutely hilarious! I feel the need to repeat them to you followed by hysterical laughing..
I wonder, have you ever read any of the Xanth series by Piers Anthony? His novels are full of the same type of humour.
