the story was amazing. it had the right amount of everything. this is not really a review i just wanted to let you you "u rock". 5 stars out of 4.

You have a fantastic eye for characterization. With a shrewd, keen, and sexy write, you stayed true to the spirit of Ai No Kusabi, no matter how cruel it seems at times.

The imagery in this story is breathtaking. "He didn’t mean that gasp as those talented fingers stroked over his slightly stiffened member" - "He shimmied his hips in between Riki’s willingly parted legs" - "Willowy fingers danced over ... the male's chest" - "He pushed harder into the kiss as Iason pushed in until he was fully sheathed. Riki’s thighs unconsciously tightened around Iason’s tiny waist, inadvertently drawing him in, pulling him closer." Beautiful, beautiful! The hurt/comfort scene, as Iason tried to atone for his brutality, were amazing.

Hyphenated compounds were missing the hyphens, which is something to revise at a better time, perhaps? Examples: blood-filled, sex-filled (or filled with sex), scrutiny-filled gaze (although simple "scrutiny" works better), blond-haired, and well-defined. The commas were occasionally missing when addressing characters by name, such as in "Did you mean what you said[,] Riki?" and "No **[,] Sherlock."

This was a truly stunning write. Thank you for sharing this! Consider writing Tekken Jin/Hwoarang yaoi sometime?

Really cute & a little sappy. And for a moment there I thought Iason might just let Riki die. But then again he has too much vested interest to let him go that easily. I always like happy endings to characters who belong together even if Guy is Riki's paired partner. And is there really an anime out on this? I've only read the books.
