I met a woman from San Francisco today in Helsinki while I was trying on a pair of Guess pumps. And speaking to her just made me think about you. I got inspired to review. (It sure was hilarious helping her pull super tight boots off her feet). Americans (and Canadians) are about five times more approachable than Finns. Five minutes into casual conversation and I was giggling with her.

Anyway, about this Zemyx fic. Love it. I think it has that same sort of humor as Signs. I can't put my finger on it; it's something. Maybe it's the way you manage to show the amusing side of tedious chores. Like arranging books. I tried getting a job at a prank store. Didn't get it. And I was so looking forward to putting the rows of fake dog poop into order.

You always make Zexion's hair reflect his mood. If it's behing his ear, he's willing to be sociable and he's content. When it's over his face, well.. he's unhappy or just wants to shield himself. It's in Waiting and With You, Suddenly.

"-- he was, if not in love with the affable idiot, at least very deeply in like." The Affable Idiot. Where did you get that? I mean, it'd make a brilliant name for a play or a book. (Which reminds me, I saw a book called A Spot of Bother at a store today. It weirded me out, to say the least. I might buy it).

One of my favourite, favourite bits is the one where Demyx decides to mock the Harlequin. Because it's in character and playful, and because I did just the same to the Bible. When I was eight. One of the proudest moments of my life.

And when Zexion walks in to find a very shirtless Dem, that made me crack up, because just last summer I went to play a little tennis with a friend and it just happened that my 2-year-old serious crush was there. Practicing. Shirtless. And he was sweaty and glistening, and did I mention he's absolutely ripped? I think I missed over half the balls my friend sent my way. Damn him and his happy trail. And his habit of coming way too close to chat. And I thought I'd finally escape his annoying charm by moving over 500 kilometres (that's well over 300 miles) away from my hometown and HIM. Lord behold, he moves, too. To the same goddamn capital area. Fate's a bitch.

I am getting seriously side-tracked, again. This is what happens when you're cooped up in the same flat with your father, with no friends within 300 miles. Except that guy. But his calendar is full for two weeks straight.

It's funny how Zexion, despite his superior intellect, is actually not good at reading the obvious messages. Denial, I say. Or maybe he just isn't that confident a person. But I also think it's.. unique how Demyx is never intimidated by Zexion's coolness or smarts. You write a care-free Demyx without making him an air-headed fool. A lot of others do just that.

Your comedy is a mature kind of comedy. Maybe that's what I wanted to say all along.

That was REALLY cute. I love fics where Zexion is totally clueless. XD Makes it even awesome-er. Anyway, my brain isn't really functioning properly so I'll leave it at that.

That was perfect! Sweet and funny - Demyx's Valentines 'celebration' was absolutely inspired!

That was, by far, the most adorable story I have ever read. Personally I didn't think you could mesh Demyx and Zexion together so well without there being ... I donno, undisgused topics or something concerning their outlooks on life. But this! This I loved to read XD

As has been stated, you've picked down on the characteristics of everyone, particularly Zexion, exactly. As fluffy as it was, it was in no way out of character, which I absolutely adore.
I, however, can't help but still wonder: Was cleaning up all that Axel and Roxas did that night? Hm...
I also enjoy the very sarcastic side of Demyx, fitting for his character and more fitting than the spaz-tastic Demy (no matter how muc I still love that) for Zexy.
