me malum 2009-11-05 . chapter 1This was so creepy, I loved it. Never would have put DN and Alice in Wonderland together in my head, but you've made it work so, so well.
Has to be one of my favourites that you've written. |
Aloony 2009-10-14 . chapter 1If there has ever, in my entire life, been a story that I wish I had written...it must be this one. (Although I should be wary of saying this, as you still have stories that I haven't yet read.) You blended Death Note and Alice in Wonderland so flawlessly...and...I guess I've lost my words, which really isn't helpful in a review. Just. Everything about this story makes me want to cry because it's so well-written and dream-like, fragile but intensely sharp with emotion.
Thank you, thank you, thank you a million times for this story. I'm probably going to end up re-reading several (hundred) times. |
 Disguise of Carnivorism 2009-09-20 . chapter 1Ahh. Here is another work that is... outstanding even from your other outstanding works. >_>;
The deft blend of Death Note's characters with Alice in Wonderland's world and roles gives a wonderful feel of limbo--it is neither Death Note nor Wonderland, but at the same time, manages to be both. The hazy dream-like feel this (and your writing style) lends the piece is just... gyegh. Amazing. Splendiforous. Fantastic. Other similarly cheesy, but nowhere near descriptive enough, words.
And then... the meaning, moral--the way that there almost isn't one, the way that it focuses on the characters, their ideas, more than it serves to make a point, is ingenious, both in "reading feel" and conception... especially as Death Note itself was never trying to make a point (or, at least, that's what I would say) so much as... explore.
The eerie quality that this possesses, too, with the sparse but effective use of description, and the exceedingly fitting, perfect, well-phrased (the list goes on) dialogue lends quite a picture.
And then again, I'm probably completely misinterpreting. xD
Anyway, I'll stop ranting. I'm too much of a fangirl for your writing. ._. Point being: This piece in its entirety was magnificently written. I adore it. To death. |
Daikaio 2009-07-26 . chapter 1I appreciate the layers of meaning in this piece. It's particularly well done! I enjoyed the Wonderland cross-over. |
GaarasEmoX3 2009-03-01 . chapter 1??!?!?!? Am I reading this, or is this reading Me? |
chibiaries 2009-01-09 . chapter 1This story is wonderful...it has lots of hidden emotion and feeling in it. Keep up the good work! |
teacrumb 2009-01-04 . chapter 1I tend to fall in love with writing that makes reality feel unreal, or unreal things feel tangible. And this. This is just perfect and bleak and gorgeous. All kinds of fantastic. |
 When Darkness Rises 2008-10-22 . chapter 1So lovely. |
Hypothetical Berry 2008-08-14 . chapter 1*blinks* *blinks again*
This was so. Beautiful. And poetic, and creepy, and magnificent. And insane. I love you. |
k123 2008-04-24 . chapter 1This story was so creepily good. Light and L were so in character and Ryuk is such a good cheshire cat. Shivers. |
Devonne 2008-04-19 . chapter 1 This is lovely. Are you a fan of Neil Gaiman's Sandman series? If not, you should try it. |
Esmenet 2008-04-18 . chapter 1This is beautiful. Beautiful like clean, freshly shattered glass.
...Or something like that.

 How-to-die-swiftly 2008-04-18 . chapter 1So, a DeathNote Mu/Wonderland cross-over with Inferno for summary?! O_o

GREAT!
Should this, by any chance, be based upon a DeviantART picture? |
